Seriously. Remus and Tonks are a canon relationship because Rowling wrote it that way. She didn’t write Remus and Sirius as a couple. She wrote them as friends, and there’s no legitimate way around that. Friendship does not always equal out to romantic feelings.

Wow, someone is seriously missing the point of Wolfstar. All the Wolfstar shippers I know it’s very much not just about sex: it’s about the connection these fans see between Remus and Sirius. Like, seriously, I hate when people trying to bash a ship by saying “IT’S NOT CANON, JKR DIDN’T INTEND IT THAT WAY OMG!!!!!111ELEVEN”. A lot of ships aren’t canon, doesn’t mean fans can’t interpret it that way.

Also, I resent the implication that sex can’t be part of meaningful friendships/relationships. I hate the idea of sex being somehow less important than other aspects of a relationship. Sex can be powerful and important and fulfilling (having it and reading and writing about it).
